Traffic in Bacolod City

The traffic situation in Bacolod City is probably the worst that I have seen in the Philippines. Public Utility drivers are undisciplined. People bend traffic rules and regulations if they can. Enforcers are not consistent in imposing the law. Trisikads and tricycles roam the highways even if they are not allowed. People make U-turns even if it is now allowed. They make left turns if when not allowed. Pedestrians don’t cross in pedestrian lanes and jaywalking is the norm. Oh well, but I think we have the best drivers around here. Considering the traffic situation, one would wonder that there’s not much accidents happening around here.
