Respiratory Therapy

My brother underwent his second chest x-ray because on the first one, there was a suspicious density on his right lung near the collarbone. I researched about it and it seems like a common thing, like the collar bone casting shadows on the lung.

But after the second chest-xray, the findings are “interstitial markings” on chest x-ray. I searched about it again and I learned that interstitial markings are just lung markings. However, when they become prominent, it is because something is going on there, that part is swollen, or because the patient has had bronchitis.

My brother has never had long bouts with cough and colds, no allergies, and no asthma. So we really wonder about this. Anyway, their company doctor will just make assessments on Monday. But if ever, his interview at the US embassy will be on Feb. 16 and he leaves for the US on Feb. 27.

We can only pray for God’s grace upon my brother that his promotion will go through.
