New Teaching Method

Since my daughter is already 2 years old and more than 1 month, I thought of starting her on a scheduled teaching time. I have set aside 30-40 minutes each morning to do arts and crafts projects.

She gets her hands dirty and she gets to try using clay, paint, glue, paste, and tape. And she gets really busy.

So far, we have taped our projects on the wall because these are mostly artistic cards where we put words that point to God, such as “God is love” “God gives hope” and “God is just.” We have also made a wall decor of the Fruit of the Spirit.

There is really nothing of commercial to what we do, these are just mostly for our room’s consumption. But for those who are really good in crafts and do make useful stuff from what their hands can produce then the best bet would be to sell them.

There are many ways to market one’s products but one good way is to sell crafts online. There is a good book that will be a nice resource material if you are to sell your products online. I think I might look into this, not necessarily for our crafts but for our wall decals.

New Product New MLM

In desperate times, I join anything including multi level marketing companies. I say desperate because although I do not discount the potential of MLM, I just know that I am not cut out to be successful in one.

MLMs require a lot of focus–in studying the product, in finding new recruits, in building down lines, and in selling the product so that you get retail profit. But most of the time, these products are really expensive because of the commissions that marketers get. So while some uplines do get rich because of the substantial commissions that they get, the downlines are having difficulty selling products.

Anyway, I just came across a new product that I am interested in. It is a drink that they call an elixir and is made up of organic aloe vera gel, vitamin B12, ecklonia cava and humic acid. Sounds interesting because among its effects (not only for claimed therapeutic benefits) is having renewed energy and vitality. And I want those two things.

This product is called MazuGold. It has not reached Philippine shores as far as I know it because I only learned about it on the internet. But if ever, I will really try it. I would want to be a member in order to get a member’s discount. But as for selling it, I dunno. I guess I can just try to convince some friends.

I do not aim to be rich because of it, but I would want to try it and find myself in good health.

Banner Stands

My uncle will be opening a new business soon. I cannot yet reveal the details as they are still finishing and finalizing everything.

In my part, I will be preparing their advertising and marketing collaterals for the soft opening and for the grand opening. I am thinking of putting up 2′ x 5′ or 2′ x 6′ tarpaulin banners. I cannot decide yet. Actually, the 2′ x 5′ banner is already enough because I will not really put a lot of information there. That would be the role of the fliers. However, we already have an existing banner stand that is 2′ x 6′. We can either use this one and just add other 2′ x 5′ stands or just keep this one make all the banners uniform in size at 2′ x 5′. We still cannot decide as of the moment.

I am excited for this business because it is quite a big one. And it is new in Bacolod. It will be soon.

In another light, I think I would need a relaxing massage. I am so tired and my muscles are sore. I hope that after my responsibility tomorrow, I can get some rest and relaxation. After the Holy Week, I think I will really have a lot of work to do so I am going to get some rest while I can.
