Today, we lost a beauty queen. Melody Gersbach, the half German-half Filipina beauty who won Bb. Pilipinas International and became a semifininalist in the 2009 Miss International. Ms. Gersbach and two others figured in a head on collision with a passenger bus today in Camarines Sur. She died on the spot while one companion is still critical in the hospital.
It is a sad day indeed for their families.
It can be remembered that Melody was also one of the trainers of Bb. Pilipinas Universe Maria Venus Raj who is now competing for the Miss Universe title in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
