I am not really obese, but I am rather leaning on the heavy side. I am already overweight by around 15 lbs and I would really like to lose it. I try everything but I also love eating. So it is really a big problem.
One of the diets that was really effective for me is the no-carb diet. After I have lost weight after a certain time of the no-carb diet, it is just easy for me to maintain it. But I have to lose some more. I want to be able to fit into my old clothes. I want to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Anyway, I really envy Kim Burell. She looks really good lately.
Sigh, I did not eat dinner tonight, I just had heavy snacks this afternoon. And tomorrow, I am bent on starting my no-carb diet so that I can lose at least 10 lbs by Valentine’s Day. Isn’t this trip exciting? I would really like to surprise my husband when I fit into my old lingerie, the ones that were given to me during my bridal shower. lol
My question is, would I have enough energy to take care of my baby then? hehehe
