It’s summertime and we all crave for something cold and sweet. Yeah, not just cold because sometimes cold water is not enough.
Thankfully, I live near Kuppa and for now, I think they have the best Halo-halo Bar in town. For only P99, you can have unlimited refill of halo-halo. Honestly, I can only eat one serving, but what I like is the fact that I can choose the ingredients that I want. I don’t like beans, so I really enjoy their candied jackfruit, ube candy, candied banana and camote, fresh fruits, nata de coco, kaong, macapuno, colorful gelatin and of course, endless leche flan!!! Yum!
By the end of the counter, you can mix and match evaporated milk, condensed milk, and different kinds of syrup, like pandan, brown sugar, etc. What fun! It is no wonder that Kuppa is filled with people seeking this sweet refuge from 2pm to 6pm daily.
My husband and I are yet to go there together. Would love to take an afternoon date there if we can.
