When fires break out, we can only estimate the loss to lives and property. But we cannot really measure the real loss, such as pain, memories, limbs, effort, hassles, etc. We cannot be too careful when fire is the enemy.
Fire is such a useful discovery, but it can do so much harm when uncontrolled. In the United States, there had been a series of fires that scorched acres of land, such as the Yucaipa fire and and Auburn fire. In Bacolod City last month, the decades-old department store, Lopue’s Araneta was also ravaged by fire. Many people were able to also take advantage of their Fire Sale.
We should really be careful with our homes and offices. We should check everything and make our dwelling places fire proof.
