Being Cooped Up

I am a homebody, no doubt about that. I can stay inside my bedroom and not go out all day. If given the chance, I can eat here and not face anybody the whole day. But of course, I can’t do that.

But being hermetic is by choice. I don’t want to be cooped up like right now. I have been staying home because I am not supposed to walk long distances because of my wound. Ugh. I really don’t like the feeling of being like a prisoner. Yeah, I can stay at home, as long as it is my decision to do so. But I guess in this circumstance, it is not my choice that matters. It is not my decision to make.

For now, at least I am happy that I can already sit down comfortably, although I really just have to find a nice position or angle where I could not feel my wound being ripped. eee

By the way, the products I have been using are Amoxil, Bactroban ointment, Blue Miracle, and boiled guava leaves.

Of Houses and Homes

Perhaps God has made women with homing devices. Wherever they fly, they have to land and find a place to dwell, beautify, and build her own family. Most women, with the exception of a few, dream of having their own homes, if not now at least someday.

However, with the prices of real estate are going up. It is getting more difficult for the average Joe to buy a house or even get one on installment. I would really, really want to have a house that I could call my own and make my home. But when the time comes, I would like it to be a blessing, not a burden to maintain and keep.

Speaking of real estate, I know someone who owns a subdivision. Actually we are related by consanguinity. Anyway, I noticed that their logo is different each time. I mean, every time they use their logo for different purposes, there is something different, either the font, the positioning or the color. It is really confusing. I just think that Real Estate Logos should be always the same so that the clients would not be confused. And of course, it is for better brand recall.

Oh well, I don’t own that subdivision anyway and it is really up to them how to use their logos.

What I am more interested in is how to afford the installment of a new house. Ahhh…soon. Maybe someday, we can finally be settled in a own house…a house that we can call our home.

Holiday Buying Guide

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Dirt Devil. All opinions are 100% mine.

I think that everyone is excited about the holidays. One great thing to do would be to give gifts. If we receive something then it is well, too.

However, sometimes going around and looking for the perfect gift for everyone can take its toll on us, especially that we are all so busy during the holidays. The other day, we had to buy a present for our exchange gift in our cell group’s Christmas Party and it took my husband and I more than an hour just looking around the housewares section, lugging our little one in the carrier, while trying to find the perfect gift with the perfect price.

So it is during these times that a Holiday Buying Guide would come in handy. It gives us pertinent ideas on what to get our loved ones. And since the prices are already there, we don’t have to ask harassed salesclerks who are no longer performing their best because of the long holiday hours that they have to work. And this is where the Dirt Devil Holiday Buying Guide proves to be very helpful.

I am aware that the Dirt Devil makes the meanest vacuum cleaners, but I did not know that I can get them as gifts because they have specialized products for him or her or the entire family. I especially liked the Family Favorites area because I am already in the age and stage of family life. And naturally, my friends are, too. At the same time, I could really use a good vacuum cleaner, too. I also realized that the prices are really reasonable.

In the site, there is a free shipping link that gives customers a shortcut on shipping concerns. Plus, of course, shopping is done online. No need to bump into so many people and no more standing up and waiting for your turn at the cashier. This is the life!
