Now, I am getting into the groove. This is my second week of exercise. I just follow those exercise routines on video and it gets me going. I bought milk that has free pedometer so i can monitor my steps. I am turning into a fitness buff after all. hehe I wonder how long it will take for me to get buffed? hehe
