It seems that I cannot keep my commitment to dieting–or at least controlling my food intake. Been working out for 2 weeks already and have lessened my food intake, but my weight has remained the same. Good thing, it didn’t increase. But I feel like the whole thing is a failure. Maybe, it is because of the sweets that I had been eating?
Anyway, this week, I have resolved not to take carbonated drinks, just water for me, and just milk for dinner, because we are attending a dinner on Saturday. That will be the time for me to eat dinner. Well, I hope this works, that this will jumpstart my body’s weight loss…sigh…hehehe
I looked at my pictures in the past and I look…really bloated now…I have to do something…
