Last year, I went to the optometrist because I often get headaches. Sometimes, they are so bad that I have to take a strong pain killer, take a bath, and sleep the whole day. Even after that, sometimes I still have to take another pill after I wake, otherwise, I would be groggy for the rest of the day.
Sometimes it starts around my eyes. I get eyestrain and then it would not go away and just prosper to a greater pain. I thought there was a problem with my eyes. But you know, I have often wondered by eyeglasses that you can order online, such as from Zenni Optical. I wonder then, how can the adjustments be exact? Like you have to get diagnosed by a local optometrist and then you just give them the values and then they make the right glasses for you? I think that is cool and efficient.
