I am talking about Jessica Biel, Chris Brown, and Kate Gosselin. And I am not saying this because they are sexy (although indeed they are). I am saying that they are the hottest today because their names are smoking due to different reasons.

Jessica Biel’s name is considered dangerous because surfing her photos could lead one into sites for online threats like spywares, viruses, etc. Meanwhile, Chris Brown was already sentenced because of his indiscriminate behavior to his lover and fellow singer, Rihanna in the past. Kate Gosselin, on the other hand, is making waves because of her stint in the talk show, The View, in temporary replacement for regular host, Elisabeth Hasselbeck as she is soon due to give birth.

Anyhow, in showbusiness, anybody can stir up controversy either in a good or bad way. It will just add up to their popularity.

Chris Brown and Rihanna

It was reported that Chris Brown allegedly assaulted a woman last Sunday and just simply leaving her in a car in the Hancock Park section of Los Angeles, California, USA. Earlier reports say that Brown turned himself in to authorities and was released on a $50,000 bond.

Because of the incident, Brown cancelled his performance at the 51st Grammy that same night, where he was nominated for two big awards.

Now the bigger question is, whether or not the victim was the singer’s girlfriend, Umbrella singer Rihanna. However, speculations have it that it was indeed Rihanna who made the call to 911. Rihanna also cancelled her stint at the Grammy’s.

The previous day, Brown and Rihanna were seen as a loving couple, and it is unclear was led to the public altercation that got the police involved.

The bigger issue here is the way this issue is gonna affect the careers of both Brown and Rihanna. But I think that the most blow would go to Brown. He has had a squeaky clean image and a career that is almost on top of the world. He is in a position where people would probably kill to be in. But now, all that has seemed to gone down the drain.

Is there a way that PR can salvage his image and still remain unperturbed in his spot? Only the days will tell us.
