Awards are given to people, groups, stores, companies, and the like who have excelled in a particular field. TV has the Emmys, movies have the Oscars, peace laureate of the Nobel Peace Prize for those people who fight for peace and justice and so many others. And we really look forward to these annual events that recognized talents, skills, efforts that are worthy to be emulated.
What I did not know was that there is also such a thing as best hosting awards. And that is a really great idea. You see, there are probably thousands of web hosting companies in the internet today. We can only determine the best of these if there are award giving bodies that recognized the best qualities of these online companies. At the same time, these awards are something to vie for and that would mean companies will try to outdo each other in terms of price and service. And that is a good thing for consumers.
I remember last time that my friend was complaining. She does retailing of web hosting and she has a problem with her host. In the end, it trickles to her clients. Such bad service should be publicized so that they will no longer get customers. If this happens, they will try their very best to win back their clients with better service. The best thing to do in bringing out the best service is by publicizing the bad things a company has done. Then they will try to make amends.
