Money Matters

I am a Christian and I know that Jesus has commanded us not to worry. Along with this command is the promise that He will provide for what we need.

But we still worry. And I too, worry. Sometimes I even worry a lot and then I would just ask for forgiveness because I know that I have disobeyed the Lord. But why is problem a really big concern for many of us? It is not because money is the root of all evil. No, money is amoral. It is neither good nor bad. Whatever it becomes is because of how we use it.

Anyway, we worry about money because in this day and age, very seldom can you find something that is truly and absolutely free. You have to buy food. And even those who grow their own food will need money to maintain their agricultural operations. So that is why I am talking about sometimes we worry about money.

The misuse of money though is a different thing. Some people lose control over their finances and get caught in debt. While others, when given the opportunity, can redeem themselves and pay off their debts, others find themselves with bad credit personal loans. Now that is the bad and sad part–when people get buried in debt.

I am not saying that I don’t have debts. I do, but these are not bad debts. They are continually getting paid and no interests are being charged. But I still would want to be free of long standing debts and just be able to spend for our daily needs.

For Those With Bad Credit

If I can, I really want to help people with bad credit. I know there are so many of them, even just around me in our community. I want to be able to trust them and give them a second chance.

I believe that there are a lot of people who can become better if given another opportunity to redeem themselves from bad debt. Some of them are not really chronic spenders. Some of them just had tough times and are unable to get out of a difficult situation. I have a friend who is buried in so much debt that even if we sell our car to help her, it would not even be enough. But it was not her fault. Her husband was falsely accused and got imprisoned. Now, they are still fighting for their case. But they don’t have a good lawyer. They lost all their livelihood and they have barely enough to get them through the day.

These are the kinds of people that I would like to help if given the chance. I hope that there will be entities that will give them bad credit loans and give them a second chance. And with these new loans, it is my desire to see them get good advice on how to handle their finances, like spending, saving, how to pay off their debts, and if they already can, investing.

Everyone deserves a second chance. If only there are people who are willing to help them.
