Online Video Contest
I like contests! And I am sure that you do, especially if there are great prizes in store, such as the iLASIK Video Contest!
Entitled “You Gotta See This”, this video contest is a promotional stint by Abbott Medical Optics Inc. in order to promote visual health among everyone. They would like the world to realize the importance of vision correction as made possible by means of the laser vision correction.
Contestants are asked to do a simple thing–and that is to submit a video online that depicts the impact of improved vision to a person. The video could be on any topic as long as it ties up to the general theme of the contest.
They have hefty prizes in store for the best videos, and among it is the $5,000 grand prize in cold cash. In each video category, there will also be winners and the winners will each get an HDTV package worth $2,500. The second prize will get the Flip UltraHD camcorder.
But submitting a video online is not the end. The videos should need votes, as these will be considered greatly in the selection of the winners. So participants are encouraged to tell their friends to vote for their entries.
