Many people really celebrate Halloween and with much fanfare. In my Facebook account, I have seen friends in really extravagant Pjs Halloween costumes. As in they really prepared for this event. They really think of how they are going to present themselves in a particular Halloween party–like a witch, a pirate, a prisoner, a fairy, and whatever.
Honestly, I am not sure of the appeal that Halloween brings. Horror? The thrills? I don’t know. I can’t relate. It is not happy like Christmas and other holidays. So why celebrate it?
Anyway, maybe some of them just enjoy going to a party in a costume, Halloween or not.
Oh well, I guess to each his own. This is not my cup of tea.
