I am thinking of going on an outing where I can go swimming and just relax. But I sometimes worry that it might not be good for my baby, you with me pregnant and all. I guess I just think that the cervix might be open and public pools are not so clean, etc…Okay, I guess I just worry too much.
Anyway, I went to research about it yesterday and learned so much. Aside from walking, swimming is a good form of exercise because it makes us moves around much without putting much pressure on the joints. So it is highly recommended for pregnant women. But of course, if you have not been swimming much before, the key is not to overexert one’s self.
I am thinking of going swimming once a week from now on. Or at least when I am no longer busy. And so is my husband. It wouldn’t be fun going on an outing without him.
I heard experts advise that swimming is actually a very good exercise for pregnant women. Unfortunately I’m not that interested to swim…
Just be more careful then I think it is fine to go for a swim.

Even if you are not so fond of swimming, take some time to go to the swimming pool. It’s a good way of relaxation and excercise.
