Around a little past 2 am this morning, while we were all fast asleep, we were awakened by a strong shaking. Our heavy bed was being shaken, when I could not even move it an inch without the help of masculine muscle.
It was because a mild earthquake hit us last night. It lasted around 20 seconds or so. And staying on the third floor of a three storey building, I guess we could really feel the tremors more intensely than most of the people in our city who are just living on the ground floor.
Anyway, I didn’t hear news of people getting hurt or property getting damaged. Thank God! But I was pretty agitated, with my being pregnant and all.
Thank God for His favor!
