SM City here in Bacolod has been around for several years already. But somehow, no matter how many times I had been there, I have not gone into the HomeWorld. Oh yeah, I usually pass the HomeWorld Section the Department Store because it is just beside the Baby Company, but I have never gone into that store near the entrance in the north side. I dunno, I guess I just think that I don’t have an interest there. And with a toddler now in tow, I don’t think it is the perfect place to window shop.
But the other day, we stopped by SM from church and I was with my parents. My mom dragged me in there to show me that she got lovely table runners there. Because of how my mom is so friendly, she is already chummy with the sales people there that they really greeted her warmly when we went in
I browsed through their wares and the desire to have and decorate my own home came over me again. Yup! I really like the aesthetic part of making a house. I love to decorate and if I have the money, I know what to really put in a house to make it lovely and yet still be livable. I like organizing stuff, putting everything in order and not make a mess. But on the contrary, our room is a giant mess! haha Thanks to my darling toddler!
I also saw some roller blinds there and I think I would like to have that in the entertainment room with blinds covering the window. At least we can shut out the sunlight during the day when we want to watch a video, right?
Well, I really enjoyed my time there. I also liked the fact that their store smells so good, thanks to the big display of scented candles in the middle of the store. I will definitely visit this store if I need some decorating to do.
