Many people are into fancy dress up games during parties. That is because dressing up gives you some time to indulge in a fantasy world. For several hours or even a whole evening, you can forget who you are or what your life is and just indulge in a fantasy world. Even it is just for a short time, these costume parties just give a respite from the either the humdrum or the hardship of real life.

One of the costumes that I would like to try on are those 70′s fancy costumes. You see, I was born in the mid-70s so I was not able to appreciate their style back then.

My other said that she used to really short dresses like the simpler version of the one picture above, while my father wore bell bottom pants. She wondered how she managed it back then without her underwear showing because it seems that she does not know how to wear it anymore today.

And so I am also wondering because I have never worn dresses so short. If ever, I wear shorts underneath. LOL So it would be nice to dress in that, wear fancy heels, and a headband and then sway to 70s disco music. Don’t you think?

Gearing up for Black Friday 2011

When I open my Facebook account, I often see friends who have businesses of selling imported goods. These goods are imported from the United States that they get on sale and they sell at regular prices here for better profit. And the best time to buy would be during the coming Black Friday Sales.

Yes, Black Friday 2011 is coming and professional shoppers are already gearing up for this annual shopping event. I am pretty sure that they are already rounding up their visits to stores like Target, Walmart, Sears, Macy’s and Best Buy in order to see what they are going to buy.

By now, wherever you go and whatever periodical you read, there are already Black Friday ads because that is the biggest event for consumers and shops alike.

Now, if you have the budget, go and take part of this event because surely you will get a lot of great bargains. And since Black Friday is only for a day, so start shopping early. Bring snacks and water so that you will not have to sit down and eat and have to spend for food. That is a wise shopping tip for you, coming from a midnight sale veteran. LOL
