Caffeine Withdrawal

I have stopped drinking coffee several times already and whenever I do, I would experience caffeine withdrawal–that means, I would get a really bad migraine for days. Before, I would just take Ponstan (mefenamic acid) to relieve me of the pain, along with a massage and some embrocating oils.

Nevertheless, I would get back to drinking coffee again, especially that I wanted to lose weight and wanted to keep the energy despite the low caloric intake.

Then came the news that I am pregnant last Monday. Of course, I had to stop ingesting things that might be harmful to the baby. After all, last week, I had already inhaled several kinds of cleaning agents while I was trying to fix up our new bathroom. It was really crazy. I was soooo tired from all the cleaning. I got depressed when I got my finger stuck in a cabinet. Then I got allergic rhinitis attack last weekend.

When Monday came, I learned I was pregnant. Oh man, so I went on to remove anything that might get in the way of my baby’s healthy development.

And the side effect is –tada!!! migraine. So up until now, I am still groggy. I hate the feeling. But I have to finish some work…Okay, maybe I will go back to bed.

Good bye for now…
